UCLA Staff Discount Recharge Order Request (ROR) Application 21-22

UCLA and ASUCLA career and retired staff members are entitled to a 25% on UCLA Extension instructor-led classes.  Use this application to provide verification of employment (VOE) and the necessary information to process your enrollment via Recharge Order Request (ROR).  

Obtain your VOE from the UC Path website. The VOE must be current.

Before submitting this application, work with your department to initiate the ROR to UCLA Extension (UNEX Fund Number: 20300; UNEX Service Unit: 0001).  You will need the ROR EDOC number to sumbit your application.
