The Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt methodology provides standards for improving and sustaining quality and productivity throughout business and manufacturing operations. This course of study will provide you with the skills and training to help your organization become more efficient and profitable by generating near-perfect products and services that will exceed customer requirements, cultivate customer loyalty, and achieve even greater returns. This course of study will prepare you for the American Society for Quality Green Belt Certification exam and/or Quality Black Belt Certification exam. Individual courses may carry their own prerequisites. Target Audience:
- Anyone with a background in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Operations, Quality Control, Efficiency of Operations.
- Applicable to all business operations and/or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or service organization; knowledge of Lean Maufacturing and World Class Operations techniques; knowledge of basic statistics; and working knowledge of such computer spreadsheet, presentation, database, and word processing applications as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
