MGMT X 439.3 - Estate Planning
Course Description
This course is designed to aid accountants, trust officers, attorneys, life insurance underwriters and financial planners in solving estate planning problems. Topics include tax objectives, wills and living trusts, the unlimited marital deduction, saving the "second tax," holding title to property, lifetime gifts and trusts, life insurance and annuities, employee benefit plans, business interests and post-death problems. Recent tax law changes are also covered.Course Outline
This course is part of the PFP Evening/Online program and is designed to teach students to solve estate planning problems including a review of the impacts of recent tax law changes.Notes
