This Internal Auditing course is designed to provide the student with an introduction to the auditing process used by many organizations over their own internal operational cycles. The course explores the risks related to the 5 standard business cycles and the objectives of management implemented manual or IT-related internal controls utilized to reduce the risks associated with a given business cycle. The basics of the Internal Audit process, including professional standards and procedures, are also covered.Course Outline
