Course Description
This course covers the economic foundations of real estate value, as well as location theory; the economics of spatial patterns--the forces that shape cities and influence the real estate industry and land uses; and theories of growth and decay of local areas, cities and regions. Other topics include real estate cycles, business fluctuations and identification of specific urban land use and land values.Course Outline
